FORMULA 1 – Special colours for struggling Scuderia on its big weekend?
Embattled Ferrari is expected to run a special once-off colour scheme at its 1000th Grand Prix at Mugello this weekend.
It is understood that Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc’s SF1000s will be painted in a darker shade of red to salute the earliest F1 Ferraris. The team first entered a trio of 125s the 1950 Monaco Grand Prix where Alberto Ascari finished second to score Ferrari’s first F1 podium. Raymond Sommer ended fourth and Luigi Villoresi retired.
